FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using Australia Post.

Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping within Australia.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia.

Free shipping for orders over $75

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at undisputedbbq@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
